BMR & Associates, LLC is a national executive search firm that specializes in the healthcare industry.  Independently owned and operated, our firm subscribes to the strictest standards of business professionalism, confidentiality, service, and results.  Our primary concentration is on positions at the Director level and above.

Our only business is to find the right talent for your business.  To that end, we follow a proven methodology to ensure that we work closely with our clients to find the types of individuals who not only meet the specifications of the job, but also have the capacity to positively impact the bottom line for your company.

We recruit directly from local hospitals to avoid additional relocation expenses and do not advertise the positions in any way. Thus, our method complements rather than competes with your recruiting methods. Typically, the individuals we contact are not actively looking and would not otherwise hear about your position.  Because we carefully screen and qualify candidates prior to submitting, we feel that we can save you a significant amount of time during the selection process and will only submit qualified candidates based on your criteria.

·       Before initiating a search, we develop a detailed written description of the position including duties, experience and educational requirements, preferred and essential expertise, compensation level, and more.

·       Then, through extensive research, we identify and directly contact professionals for your organization.  (Most of our exceptional candidates were not looking for other job opportunities when we contacted them.)

·       After having identified potential candidates, we interview them in-depth, and in person whenever possible, before submitting their credentials to the client.  Also, in accordance with our strict policy of confidentiality, we always require a candidate’s permission to submit credentials to any client.

·       We coordinate interview arrangements and assist in employment negotiations to the extent the client desires.

·       In addition, we will conduct reference checks on our candidates and present a formal report with the results.

We recommend that our professional services be utilized for positions that are sensitive or extremely confidential, assignments requiring completion in a timely and expeditious manner, assignments where a high level of specific industry expertise is required, and positions where other methods of recruitment have proven unsuccessful.
